FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How do I reserve my spot?
Once you’ve purchased your membership or selected a single session, simply RSVP through the event page for the session you’d like to attend. Space is limited, so don’t wait—RSVPs are required to secure your spot.
What should I wear?
Choose outfits that reflect your brand and make you feel confident. We recommend bringing 2–3 quick-change layers or accessories to create variety within your 20-minute session.
Can I bring props or signage?
Absolutely! Laptops, coffee mugs, signage, and other brand-aligned props are welcome. Keep it light and easy to carry—we'll be moving quickly.
When and how will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive at least 10 lightly retouched, high-resolution digital images delivered via a private online gallery within 5 business days of your session.
What if I miss my session or arrive late?
All sessions start promptly. There are no guaranteed time slots—photos are taken in order of arrival. If no one arrives within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is canceled and credits are forfeited. Please be on time and ready to shoot!
Can I reschedule a session?
Single session purchases can be rescheduled with 48+ hours’ notice by emailing hello@lockboxadvantage.com. Missed or late arrivals are considered no-shows and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
What happens if a session is canceled?
If a session is canceled or rescheduled by the photographer or LBA, you’ll have the opportunity to rebook at no additional charge. If it’s close to your membership expiration, your access may be extended by up to 3 months to accommodate rescheduling.
