Perfect for experienced agents who need compliance support and timeline accountability. The fee for this service is $300 if paid at closing or $250 if paid up front.
Payment Disclaimer: When selecting the “pay at close” option, no fee will be collected if the transaction fails to close. However, for agents who choose to pay up front and receive the discounted rate, that payment is non-refundable—even in the event of a terminated transaction. The upfront discount reflects a transfer of risk from The Lock Box Advantage to the agent.

2. How quickly will you acknowledge my file?
We’ll confirm receipt of your contract and submission materials within 1 business day. Service begins immediately, and you’ll receive a Folio timeline plus a supplemental Google Sheets checklist outlining all deliverables.
3. What if the transaction doesn’t close?

Pay-at-Close Option: No fee is due if the deal falls through.

Up-Front Option: All prepayments are non-refundable; no additional charges will be applied.
4. How will I communicate with my Transaction Coordinator?
Your TC will keep you updated primarily via email, with scheduled phone calls as needed to discuss complex file details.
5. Where do you offer services?
We’re based in Virginia but proudly serve real estate transactions across the United States excluding Arizona and California. Some, but not all of our transaction coordinators hold real estate licenses. Please let us know if your brokerage or state requires you to use a licensed TC.
6. What if my up-front payment fails?
You’ll have 3 business days to resubmit payment after notification. If payment isn’t completed, your file will automatically convert to the Pay-at-Close option, and the service fee will adjust accordingly.

7. Can I upgrade my package mid-transaction?
Yes! You may upgrade at any time. From the moment of upgrade onward, all timeline-appropriate services will apply. The fee difference is due in full upon upgrade request.

Up-Front Upgrades: You’ll receive a payment link and have 3 business days to pay.

Late or Missed Up-Front Payment: Your file will revert to Pay-at-Close pricing.
