Business Ownership: The Lock Box Advantage is owned and operated by Jessica Hays as a sole proprietorship. All coaches are independent contractors.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Loudoun County, Virginia, United States.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

Users must provide their name and email to create an account. A phone number is optional.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. SERVICES & PAYMENT TERMS

The Lock Box Advantage provides:

Coaching services, design services, and brand portal purchases at the prices listed on the Website.
Courses and downloadable resources, some free and others available for purchase.
An online community via a Facebook group.

Payment & Discounts

Payments are processed through third-party platforms. We do not store payment details.
All posted prices are subject to change.
Users may check our social media for discount codes, but discounts must be applied at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding results from coaching, courses, or services. Success is based on client effort.
No refunds are available once a purchase is made.
Users may cancel subscriptions or services by contacting us directly at info@lockboxadvantage.com.

4. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Current clients may receive a one-time 25% referral bonus off their current month’s coaching fee for referring a new coaching client.
The referred client must sign up and pay for coaching, and the referring client must email info@lockboxadvantage.com within 30 days to request the credit.
Late requests will not be considered.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USAGE

All content on this Website is the sole property of The Lock Box Advantage.
Users may not copy, edit, distribute, or resell course materials, resources, or any content without express written permission.
Users may share our unedited content as long as they link back to LockBoxAdvantage.com as the source.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (Facebook Group & Other Forums)

By participating in our online community, you agree to:

Be respectful to all members. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination is allowed.
No self-promotion or solicitation, except in designated threads if allowed.
No spamming, false claims, or misleading content.
No unauthorized sharing of content from courses or coaching materials.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the group.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party platforms for payments and live courses (names intentionally not disclosed).
We are not responsible for service failures, security issues, or data breaches on these platforms.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Lock Box Advantage provides educational and coaching services only.
We do not guarantee real estate success or any specific results.
Users agree that they are solely responsible for their business decisions and outcomes.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Loudoun County, VA.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of changes via a website notice.
