Definitions:

​

Contacts: One-to-one two-way communication between you and another person with whom you do not currently hold an agency agreement about real estate, regardless of their interest level or response. 

​

Agency Appointment Booked: A confirmed meeting with a specific date/time/location to meet a potential real estate customer for the expressed purpose of conducting an agency consultation.

​

Agency Appointment Held: Appointment held with a potential customer for the purpose of conducting an agency consultation. Please note: appointments with current clients to show property or conduct other business are not considered agency appointments.
